Introducing Antoine and Taylor!

UpSlide is happy to introduce two new team members! Our mission is to Help People Work Better, let’s see how Antoine and Taylor want to play their part…

After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Antoine joined our team to be the key contact of our new users. From the setup to the training, as a Product Expert, Antoine is dedicated to our clients so that they can significantly improve their efficiency in Microsoft Office.

Antoine, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
Create sample emails in Outlook for recurring project management communications. Thus, you won’t have to write from scratch or copy-paste former mails. You’ll save a lot of time and you’ll reduce the risk of error. You will focus on customizing you greetings without thinking about the process.
To do that, save your written mail as a Microsoft Outlook template in the Microsoft template folder. Then, go to File à Options à Customize Ribbon. Now you have to « Create a folder ». Select It, then add « Choose a form » to this folder. It now appears on your Outlook ribbon When you click on the button on the ribbon, an Outlook window appears. Select System Files Models in Look-In. You have access now to a range of useful templates to send your emails.

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Happiness at work!
What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
The Smart Painter feature is amazing. It goes much faster to format and/or resize several elements to create coherent and beautiful slides.

After engineering studies, Taylor has been helping small business with digital marketing for the last 2 years. He just joined UpSlide in the new Marketing team focusing on increasing the awareness of our solution. He is our new (and first) Growth Marketer!

Taylor, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
Without a doubt, I’d say a simple notebook for the day-to-day organization. Even though I’m a big fan of Trello, nothing can replace the good old pen and paper. And if you want to know how to use it better, I recommend checking the Bullet Journal method.

I love productivity hacks, so I like to try some new ones from time to time and share it with my friends and colleagues. This is how I help others work better.
How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Seamless. I saw it in a blog post that mentioned us, and it sums up pretty well what our clients say about UpSlide.
What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
The Excel to PowerPoint link is clearly the best one in my opinion. No more copy/pasting my charts every time I update my Excel file. In one click, I’m now able to update all my PowerPoint charts. My #1 feature.
