Welcome to our new Business Developers, Alexandra & Theodore!

Sep, 11, 2018

UpSlide recently expanded its France and UK Sales teams to welcome Alexandra and Theodore! As Business Developers, their responsibility is to conquer new markets on an international scale. They work towards building a lasting relationship with our clients.

Ready to meet them?

Welcome Alexandra!

After more than 3 years within the Telecom industry, including a 2-year experience in New York, Alexandra came back to Paris to join our France Sales team.

Alexandra, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
Make a list of tasks to be accomplished each day and each week. I usually book some slots on my calendar and I try to stick to them. At the end of each day, I look at what’s next on my weekly list and pick a few tasks for the next day…. until the entire list is checked!

Our mission is to “Help People Work Better”, what kind of helper are you?
A listener and a doer: I do what I say and say what I do. I’m talking to clients on an everyday basis, it’s important for them to trust me in resolving their issues when I say I’ll do so.

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Essential!

What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
The Excel to PowerPoint link! This is such a time-saving feature. I have worked with people updating reports for hours, it was so time-consuming for them. I wish I knew UpSlide at the time, just to show them and see the smile on their faces when they realize how valuable it is.

Welcome Theo!

After a few experiences in Finance and especially Investment Banking, Theodore decided to join our UK Sales team and use his client knowledge and skills to help Finance professionals work better.

Theo, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
Don’t get distracted by the big picture – work out what individual things need to happen and focus on those as much as you can!

Our mission is to “Help People Work Better”, what kind of helper are you?
A simplifier.

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Banging!

What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
Having worked in IB, I know how much time can be wasted on tombstone slides. So it would have to be the Tombstones feature!

We are very happy to welcome Alexandra and Theodore in our team!
