UpSlide recently expanded its UK and France Sales teams to create a new role: the Growth AssociateWe are very pleased to welcome Louis, Henry, Artur and Thomas! As Growth Associates, their responsibility is to support Business Developers in their mission to help people work better on Microsoft Office.

They all are recent graduates willing to bring their enthusiasm and energy in conquering new businesses, and to develop key skills in sales. In one word, they are the forerunners of the Sales teams! Ready to meet them?

Artur, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
Really understand the ‘Why’ of you task. At that point, the ‘How’ becomes easy.

Our mission is to “Help People Work Better”, what kind of helper are you?
I believe in helping people learn how to do things for themselves so they can take ownership and make tasks their own.

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Harmonious.

What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
I find the Library very helpful for our clients. The Library gathers ready-to-use content such as slides, logos, CVs, case studies, maps, worksheets, tables and charts… It speeds up the updates and promotes collaboration between the teams.

 

Henry, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
I recommend to use the Chrome extension ‘OneTab’ on your web browser: if you have too many tabs, it will minimise tabs into a list and restore tabs at your convenience. I  consider it very helpful!

Our mission is to “Help People Work Better”, what kind of helper are you?
I think that I am more of a listener: I feel like listening is very important to make sure everything runs smoothly in a team.

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Efficient.

What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
The Slide Check! It reviews your document and corrects misaligned shapes, incorrect fonts and colors, double spaces and other typos. The icing on the cake is: it also detects outdated contents previously inserted from the library.

Louis, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
I would say communicate a lot with your colleagues. I consider teamwork as a great activity to implement new ideas and to simply work better.

I like to suggest new processes and ideas to make our daily work easier!

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Helpful.

What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
It is the link from Excel to PowerPoint. It allows you to insert an Excel chart on a PowerPoint slide in one click. Since I integrated UpSlide, I didn’t copy paste a thing!

 

Thomas, what’s your own practical tip to work better?
In my daily job, I focus not only on my tasks but on the business itself. It gives me an overall view and makes me more efficient.

Our mission is to “Help People Work Better”, what kind of helper are you?
A voluntary helper.

How would you describe UpSlide in one word?
Convenient.

What is your favorite UpSlide feature?
The link from Excel to PowerPoint. It allows our customers to export Excel tables or charts in a single click. They can rename, move or work on several versions of the Excel source file and still update the linked Excel parts of their documents. How amazing is that?
