FRP Advisory are a leading business advisory firm specializing in forensic services, corporate finance, debt advisory, pensions advisory, forensic services and restructuring advisory.
Their teams were producing a variety of different client-facing documents across these practices, from reports to pitch documents and proposals. However, the look and feel of these varied greatly and it became clear that, in order to truly reflect the quality of their services and the value they bring to their clients, these deliverables needed to be consistent and on-brand.
They called on UpSlide to help them enable their teams to produce brand compliant deliverables, efficiently.
There were three main challenges at play, the first being the lack of consistency across documents. FRP’s vision was that a client could look at reports from two different departments or locations within the firm and recognize the same look and feel.
Their second challenge was productivity; the time taken to produce and review these reports was considerable, and they wanted to free up employees’ time to focus on the most valuable aspects of their jobs.
Their final challenge was accuracy; many teams were copying and pasting their data from Excel to PowerPoint documents, which introduced potential for human error. This meant lots of time spent checking and double checking that information was correct and up-to-date before being client-ready.
The UpSlide team initially rolled-out to 65 users, providing a series of interactive, customized training sessions to get users up and running quickly and smoothly.

The Excel to PowerPoint Link also reduces the margin of human error, so when it comes to reviewing the document, as a reviewer I can now spend less time checking figures and marking up errors, and I can be confident that the data is accurate.
